We have been and bought a donkey. He is company for Woodah, the horse. He is quite a stocky donkey, his breed is a Cotentin, which originates from the Cherbourg area. We have named him Stanley. I will add some photos of him to our gites website soon.

I have added my parents cottage to our gites website for the Summer. It is smaller than ours with one bedroom to sleep 2 plus 2 with a bed settee. You can view ' La Grange ' here.

Lada for South Brittany Cottage

We have been and bought a Lada Niva 4x4. We thought that it would do for towing the boat and to come in useful around here. We thought that if we can find a chain harrow then we could tow it with the Lada.
